Trapped Emotions

What are Emotions?

Emotions are energy. These emotions are a normal part of our lives. They come about or surface in response to our environment, experiences, our ability or lack of it to deal with life and any areas of our lives and energies. We experience and interpret the world through our emotions. Both the negative and positive emotions. We must feel our emotions or the triggers from inner emotions will remain unknown thus unable to deal with them nor transform or release them. Ignoring emotions eventually brings forth sickness, aches and pains, increase and support for emotional disturbances and more.

Are Emotions Necessary in our Lives?

Emotions are absolutely necessary in our lives. Imagine the world being monotonous, or white and black. Same color, same aroma, same people, life, jobs, relations. Emotions are the salt and pepper of life, joy and grief. The point is that we learn to appreciate and develop a hearty gratitude which comes and stems from a radiant heart.

The Process of Emotions

Emotions are felt and effect us as a whole; The body, spirit, mind, spirituality, physical, energetic, emotional, psychological, chakras, meridians and aura. When children are hurt, they go somewhere like their room, sleep it off or sit quietly. They are processing the energy of that emotion of hurt even if they cannot specifically identify it. They come back to us with all forgotten and feeling much better. What happened here, is that they processed the ‘hurt’ or ‘painful’. When this happens they are not trapping their emotions; therefore, it hasn’t been stuck/trapped.
As adults we often forget to go through this process. However, it is most important to process in order to reduce the negative/low frequency emotions stored in our body and energetic field.

Processing is dealing with the emotions and situation in hand and learning a lesson. If there is a need to forgive, then forgive yourself and then others. Finally, we need to let go. Once accomplished, one should feel light. If still feeling any heaviness, then there is more either to continue to release or there is another issue which has surfaced to be next in line to release. Whether that issue is a new one or not, it is often irrelevant. When it is on the surface, as if is saying, ‘Here I am! Process me.’

Where Do Stuck Emotions Settle?

A negative emotion can be stuck or trapped anywhere in the body, organ, and gland or the energy field surrounding the body. They may be in all of these areas, some, few or one spot. Every group of emotions is produced by an organ. However, they may not remain in that specific organ. For example, anger is produced by the liver yet could lodge in the knee or other area. Grief, sadness and rejection produced by the lungs. They may stay in the lungs or may settle anywhere in the body and energetic areas.

What are Trapped Emotions?

Stuck/Blocking/Trapped Emotions are the low-frequency emotions. Love and joy are high frequency and necessary to our function in and for life. However the stuck/blocking/trapped emotions, are those which we ‘threw behind our back’, ignored, considered a nuisance and disregarded it, or a form of ‘let go’. They are the result of pain, distress, unhappiness, discontent, being wronged, immaturity and so forth.

When I am ready to write, I begin working on my notes and follow what comes. It becomes very smooth writing. Meanwhile, I get ideas for the opening and closing of the article. It all blends well in the end. Best wishes to you.

  9. The website took quite some time to build by the designer. I knew what I wanted such as the tabs, obviously the content etc. and have done my research in advance.
