To maintain your energy and keep good vibes flowing, remember to hold the intention of cleansing before implementing all the below methods and stay focused on what you are doing while maintaining gratitude.
Take a Bath
Take a 20-minute bath using Epsom salt or Himalayan salts.
Use good Smudging Techniques
Use White Sage as an incense. White sage is an ancient evergreen shrub used for cleansing, blessings, prosperity and protection.
Burning White Sage around you clears negativity from the aura, emotions, body, space/environment and objects from anywhere it is used such as your home and workplace. Burned sage has high vibration which ‘eats up’/transmutes low vibration. In addition, the aroma of Sage increases the oxygen supply to the brain, which then produces relaxation and reduces muscle tension. The spiraling smoke and wafts begin their cleansing while the negative energy dissipates and transforms the negativity into universal energy. Remember to express gratitude as you are burning the White Sage
The smoke has a vibration that changes the molecular structure of air and energy, thus producing a cleansing effect. This also reduces emotional issues such as depression, anger, fear, grief, resentment and frustration.
Before you begin, be sure you are focused on what you are ion about to do and center yourself by holding the intention to cleanse negativity from ALL of you and your surroundings. For your safety, use smooth movements while smudging.
You can hold the burning White Sage. If you have only the leaves (I prefer the bundle), then place them in a receptacle. If using a bundle, be sure to have a safe bowl or plate for the ashes to fall in and to protect yourself. Go around your surroundings area and make sure to cover the corners where an accumulation of negative energy may be hidden. You can also use a fan to spread the effect.
Sage smudging should not be used in cases of Epilepsy and any neurological conditions.
Drink Water
Always be hydrated. Bless your water. You can add fresh lemon juice, orange, basil, mint or cucumber for flavoring. Be appreciative and use a pleasant container (bottle, glass) which helps you feel uplifted.
Wash your hands
As you wash your hands, imagine or sense any stressful situation flowing away from you like a fog lifting away.
